Collections and Deliveries
Our services are available for both domestic and commercial customers providing a fast, reliable package for students, professionals, doctors and businesses; including exhibition transport and prop running.
We have extensive experience with the UK’s personal belongings, antiques, valuables, furniture, electronics and business goods. All of your possessions are treated as if they were our own, unobtrusively and with the greatest of care.
We do have some exclusions, we will not carry the following items:
More than two passengers,
General builders rubble / empty paint tins,
Dirty mechanical parts (unless boxed),
Hazardous or toxic waste.
Try not to overload your boxes, if they are too heavy to lift this will result in injury. Please bear in mind that although we are great, we aren’t Superman!
Package items well, Bubble wrap items such as mirrors or glass.
Close and seal your boxes, items protruding can be awkward or even dangerous!
Terms and Conditions
Please take a look through all of our T’s and C’s, if there is anything that you do not agree with or fully understand please contact us and we will be happy to talk things through.
Providing parking is the responsibility of the customer, (try to reserve a space for the van outside before it arrives or call the local council and get a suspension or permit where necessary). If there is no parking pre-arranged any parking fines received will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer on completion.
Payment can be made in cash, by credit/debit card or by cheque. Cash or card payments must be done on work completion. Cheques must be received at least a week prior to move day and made payable to: Dragon Enterprise Centre
In some cases we will require you to pay a deposit payment in advance.
Arrival / Delivery Times
We will always try our hardest to keep our services punctual, however arrival times are estimated. Delays to pick-up/delivery times are sometimes unavoidable (due to traffic, accidents, weather etc).
Your packing Responsibilities
We accept no responsibility for damage or breakage to items that have not been packed / protected by us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items will fit in the new premises (eg: size of sofa and size of aperture) Our removal drivers will not be insured to remove doors or windows in such cases and it is up to the customer to find a specialist if needed.
We reserve the right to add extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: waiting for keys or gaining entry, incorrect addresses, removal of windows and so on).
Postponement or Cancellation
If you postpone or cancel after your booking is confirmed you will be charged 50% of the confirmed quote (minimum £45). If you postpone or cancel within 24hours of the date of the job you will be charged the value of the job in full (minimum £90). We reserve the right to cancel or change dates and times.
Verbal or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. If the driver is forced to leave the job because of abuse from the customer verbal or otherwise the customer will still be liable to pay in full
