How can I rent office space with you?
If you are looking for an office, we would be happy to show you around our premises. We have both small and large offices available in a number of rooms. Requesting this service is simple – just fill out the contact us form!

Do I have to pay to reserve an office?
If you are sure you want an office and are concerned someone may take it before you have the opportunity you can put a small reservation fee on the room.

Is your office space flexible?
Our Office Agreement is an easy to understand legal document with only one months’ notice period. The terms are easy in/easy out and we always work alongside you to provide you with information and support as your business grows.

What are the opening hours
You can get into your office whenever you need to, we will supply you with a key to access the building and your own individual room. 
Our Reception is staffed during working hours.

Will I need to pay a deposit and how do I pay the monthly rent?
At the start of the tenency, we ask you to pay your first month upfront. Following this we will invoice you for your payment as a reminder. All payments must be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice by BACS or credit/debit card.

What insurance will I need?
Building insurance is covered in your tenancy agreement. You must organize your own contents insurance, public liability insurance and any insurance your business needs.

Is there car parking and is it free?
Yes, there’s car parking space and it’s free. At Leigh it is first come first served and Witham has one permit per office. Our Leigh-on-Sea site even has space to charge electric cars.
